In the rare case something does not behave correctly, your site can be restored from the latest backup quickly and the underlying issue resolved, so visitors and customers never feel it.

Does SiteCare include adding new features or new pages?

SiteCare is focused on keeping your existing website safe, fast, and reliable. If you need new features, new pages, new integrations, or new sections built out, those are scoped as a separate WordPress development project, on top of the care plan.

Do you host my website, or is this just maintenance?
